Abstract

This study’s purpose is to understand whether employees who view their roles broadly are more likely to feel citizenship pressure (CP) and engage in citizenship compulsory behaviors (CCBs), and what the well-being outcomes through CP and CCBs are for those with an expansive view. Results and implications are discussed.
