Abstract

After Action Reviews (AARs) are commonly used by organizations to improve performance. The current study sought to examine how different social-relational aspects of an AAR impact team performance during US Army tank crew qualification training. Results indicate that more prospectively (vs. retrospectively) oriented AARs predict positive future team performance.
