Increasing Situational Judgement Test Prediction Using Item Level Variance

The purpose of this research is to use modern prediction methods to examine the meaningful item level variance beyond aggregate scale values. This research extends work done with personality and biographical data to situational judgement tasks. Theoretical and practical implications for organizational psychology will be discussed.
