What Differentiates Happy People from Unhappy People? Behavioral Correlates of Subjective Well-Being

Abstract

What do happy people do that unhappy people do not? The present study investigated the relationship between happiness and daily activities. From a list of 500 daily activities, activities that effectively predict Subjective Well-Being are identified. Moreover, differences between happy and unhappy people in their activity frequencies are presented.
