Abstract

Mindfulness and interconnectedness were found to have distinct pathways on one's well-being and social justice ideology. Mindfulness would improve one's well-being through self-compassion, whereas interconnectedness would cultivate one's social justice ideology through compassion for all. Results also indicated that interconnectedness was associated with personal well-being.
