The Mediation Effect of Relational Energy on the Relationship between Supervisor’s Calling and Follower’s Commitment

The present study investigated the relationship between supervisor’s calling and follower’s commitment. The results supported the positive relationship between supervisor’s calling and follower’s organizational commitment, partially mediated by relational energy. This study has an implication to investigate the influence of one’s calling in a relational context.
