The Moderation Effect of Self-Construal on the Relationship between Gender and Work/Family Identity

This study examined the moderating role of self-construal on the relationship between gender and work/family identity. Men were likely to have higher work identity than women especially when they held interdependent selves, and furthermore, women were likely to have higher family identity than men especially when they had interdependent self-construal.
