Abstract

The Structured and Unstructured Self-Regulation model suggests that the presence or absence of goals lead to different self-regulatory states. Since this model is still been developed, two experiments were conducted to investigate the moderation effects of self-control and self-efficacy on the relation between presence/absence of a goal and task performance.
