Abstract
Our study examines interactions among rape myths endorsement, attribution of guilt, and memory. Participants who read a same-sex (both male) sexual assault scenario attributed less guilt to the accused, and were less likely to recall that the plaintiff resisted, than participants who read a heterosexual scenario (male accused, female plaintiff).
