The Effects of Work Environment on a Public Goods Game

Abstract
We examine responses in a public goods (PG) game with a real-world setting. Participants played a one-shot PG game with their co-workers. We examined a number of different factors, including personality and income. None of these variables significantly predicted contribution to public goods.
