Abstract

Women with childhood ADHD often display negative outcomes; they also report high levels of cumulative lifetime risk (CR) for maltreatment and other stressors. Participants with continuing ADHD symptoms across development have high lifetime CR, and CR is predictive of major educational, vocational, social, and global impairments by adulthood.
