Development, Initial Validation, and Reliability of a Reading and Writing Fluency Task, and a Reading and Writing Support Needs Scale for Students in Higher Education in Japan.

Abstract
A new reading and writing fluency task, and a reading and writing support needs scale for students in higher education in Japan were developed. The data from 101 students (26 of them for test-retest reliability) provided evidence for reliability. The results from correlational analyses showed evidence for validity.
