Abstract

Sexual harassment training is important for organizations and employees. While sexual harassment is not new to workplaces, attitudes towards training nor efficacy have been adequately assessed. We analyze data from 2004 and 2016 to evaluate attitudes towards sexual harassment and training. We find positive changes, but with room for improvement.
