The Mediating Role of Constructive Communication in the Association between Relational-Interdependent Self-Construal and Relationship Quality

Relational-interdependent self-construal, the tendency to define oneself in terms of relationships with close others, has been associated with a variety positive relationship processes and outcomes. The current study builds on this previous research by examining the mediating role of constructive communication in the association between relational self-construal and relationship quality.
