Abstract

School climate emerges from the dynamic network of human relationships at school. This study examined the associations between school climate quality, teacher affect, and teacher well-being. Teachers who indicated working in a supportive school climate reported better mental and physical well-being, which was mediated by teacher positive and negative affect.
