Abstract
Dynamic norms (information about others changing) have been shown to motivate more sustainable and healthy dietary choices. We evaluate 5 highly-scalable ways of incorporating dynamic norms into restaurant menus (N=200/cell) and their impacts on food ordering intentions. Results suggest small notes on menus can reduce individual meat consumption.
