Abstract

Subjects tasted and rated 30 solutions. Subjects were categorized based on their High or Low Food Craving. High Craving Hispanics rated solutions with high concentrations of fat and sucrose as significantly less intense than Low Craving Hispanics. Subjects' craving status and ethnicity interact to influence their hedonic ratings.
