Abstract

This study identified specific social media behaviors related to Anxiety Disorder using a survey of 504 undergraduate students. Multivariate analyses identified 4 key social media behaviors related to Anxiety Disorder: higher social media addiction, focusing on others perceived as better off, following groups not matching their beliefs, and posting memes/gifs.
