Abstract

This study investigated the influence of inadequate resources in early-life (between ages 0 and 2 years) on children’s academic, socioemotional, and behavioral functioning measured during preschool. Structural Equation Modeling revealed effects of inadequate resources on preschoolers’ academic, socioemotional, and behavioral functioning may vary by child sex and ethnicity.
