Abstract
Bicultural Asian Americans primed to their American identities displayed higher leadership aspirations than those primed to their Asian identities. In the absence of a cultural prime, Asian Americans may view the culture of persons they are leading as a prime, resulting in higher leadership aspirations when among Caucasian Americans.
