Abstract

Jailhouse informants are prominent sources of wrongful conviction with the least amount of oversight. The current study investigated whether judicial instructions proposed by The State of Connecticut can provide protection against pernicious testimony. We examined verdict rates and evaluations of the jailhouse informant.
