Abstract
Stress is a worldwide problem and its assessment represents a major challenge. We thus sought to validate an Italian version of the STRAIN, an innovative system for assessing acute and chronic stressors occurring over the lifespan. Stressors assessed by the STRAIN were significant predictors of mental and physical health problems.
