Prevalence of Asexuality Among College Students

Abstract
The current study examines the The Asexual Identification Scale (AIS) in college students, comparing individuals’ AIS scores to their self-reported sexual orenitation. Of the 523 indivduals who took the survey 18 (3.40%) had scores indicating asexuality. Intrestingly, only two individuls of AIS identified asexuals self-reported being asexuality.
