Abstract

The study compared model fit of the Color-blind Racial Attitudes Scale (CoBRAS) collected before and after the 2016 presidential election. Confirmatory factor analyses found that CoBRAS had better model fit post-election than pre-election. Subsequent analyses using a bootstrapping procedure also revealed an increase in factorial validity.
