Abstract
According to the self-efficacy literature, we make predictions about our future success. Bandura suggests we make these predictions based on the sources of self-efficacy beliefs: performance accomplishments, vicarious learning, verbal persuasion, and emotional arousal. This study validates an academic measure of the sources of self-efficacy.
