Abstract

Evidence suggests that increasing resilience contributes to employees’ psychological health. Given evidence that diary interventions promote wellbeing, the current study implemented two diaries in which participants identified ways to overcome perceived barriers to goal achievement. Results indicate that positive framing leads to gains in wellbeing, superseding a negatively framed diary.
