Abstract

Adolescent stress reactivity is a risk factor for psychopathology and parent hormonal stress responses have been shown to impact adolescent hormonal stress reactivity. However, the impact of parent stress on adolescent neural stress systems has never been examined. The present study suggests that parent perceived stress impacts adolescent neural functioning.
