Stress and Emotional Eating in Adolescent Girls: Attachment Styles As Moderator

This study examined the connection between stress, emotional eating, and attachment styles.
Girls who were high in stress engaged in more emotional eating when they were high in attachment anxiety. In contrast, stress was not significantly related to emotional eating for girls who were low in attachment anxiety.
