Abstract
It was demonstrated that keeping the team psychological safe may help enhance team members’ level of flourishing and reduce their level of depression and anxiety. Perceived supervisor support can reduce workers’ depression and anxiety when workers have higher sense of control at work through receiving support from supervisors.
