Abstract

Eye-tracking was used to determine fixation patterns when processing emotional expressions. No age-bias, emotion-bias, or area of interest-bias emerged for initial fixation data, however a three-way interaction among age of face, emotion portrayed, and area of interest emerged for total fixation duration.
