Social Class, Moral Transgressions and Prosocial Behavior in Economic Games

In a study with 104 participants, upper-middle class members tend to contribute less to the common good – in the common good, dictator and ultimatum (player A) games –, punish less the free riders (player B ultimatum game), and are more likely to commit moral transgressions in 10 scenario-based vignettes.
