Abstract

To maintain workability after depression, affected employees need to implement learned coping strategies from rehabilitation at work. Applying the planned-behavior-theory, we analyzed how stigmatization moderates the association between intention and implementation behavior. Only expected but not experienced stigmatization functioned as a moderator. The effect is absent for depressed participants.
