Self-Control Behavioral Characteristics and Job Insecurity: Cross-Cultural Study between Japan and Korea

This study examined whether individual’s level of self-control and job insecurity when there is a financial crisis. In this experiment, participants answered series of questions regarding self-control and job insecurities. Results indicated that although Japanese and Koreans had similar levels of job insecurity, Koreans had significantly lower level of self-control.
