Effects of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors in the Workplace

Research findings reviewed include the relationships between Machiavellianism and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and effects of transformational leadership on work behavior. This correlational research study observed employee’s and managers (n=119) in a Tech company in Orange County. The poster will include a background of theory, hypothesis, method, results, discussion & conclusions.
