Abstract

Parent-child communication on sexuality has been heavily researched. However, there is a lack of research on positive parental messages about sexual orientation among LGBT individuals. The current study examined the influence of positive parental messages about sexual orientation on sexual affect and level of sexual experience in 177 LGBT participants.
