Abstract

The current study investigated how symptom dimensions of anxiety and depression are related to negative bias and affective learning. Findings demonstrated that short-term social feedback learning can: i) increase ratings of positive valence; ii) reduce negativity bias associated with anxiety and depression, and iii) reduce motivational impairments associated with depression.
