Abstract
This experiment examined the effects of diet on anxiety in 97 (aged) male Sprague-Dawley rats. Rats were assigned to three dietary groups (high-fat, high-sucrose, and standard chow) then assessed at three time intervals (baseline, day 21, and day 42). Contrary to prediction, there were no significant main effects or interactions.
