Abstract

Research suggests our perception of taste is influenced by many factors. However, food-related behavior is consistently difficult to predict. Thus, this research explores the role of priming and exposure to healthy and unhealthy images. The results indicate that repeated exposure to healthy/unhealthy food images changes our expectations for that food.
