Same Stress, More Teamwork: Individual Outcomes of Simulation-Based Team Training

This study examines the effects of repeated iterations in a high-fidelity simulation of an airline flight operations center on stress and frequency of teamwork behaviors for aerospace trainees. Results from progressively more difficult simulated exercises suggests that individuals' stress levels remain relatively unchanged with repeated iterations, while teamwork behaviors increase.
