Abstract

This study examines if mindfulness training improves students’ emotion regulation and learning outcomes during a challenging math learning scenario. Measures were taken among eighty participants randomly assigned to an audio-guided mindfulness meditation or a control condition. Participants in the mindfulness condition performed better on math learning scenarios.
