Abstract
We examined the effects of defendant’s history of childhood sexual abuse, defendant auditory status, and victim auditory status on jurors’ verdicts in a child sexual abuse case. A significant effect was found for defendant history of sexual abuse but not for auditory status of the defendant or victim.
