Meaning, Anxiety, and Optimism in Emerging Adulthood

Although the concept of “meaning” is being recognized in psychology’s body of literature (Steger et al., 2006); its relationship to other variables needs further investigation. The current study sought to clarify the relationship between reported levels of meaning in life with anxiety and optimism in a sample of young adults.
