Workplace Health Promotion and Wellness Programs: Identification of Individual- and Organization-Level Factors That Contribute to Program Adoption and Participation

Workplace wellness programs generally show low participation rates, and smaller organizations face unique challenges when implementing such programs. Accordingly, the purpose of this mixed method study was to generate a comprehensive list of individual- and organization-level factors that may influence wellness program adoption and participation within small and medium-sized organizations.
