Abstract

Prevention of substance use disorders plays a critical role in alleviating pain caused by addiction. This paper presents an overview of a faith and spirituality integrated SBIRT (Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment) training outcome, collected from social work, nursing, and psychology students at multiple faith-based universities.
