Abstract
This study examines psychological adjustment in young adults after testicular cancer. Compared to non-Latino participants (n=102), Latinos (n=69) reported more difficulty with cancer-related disclosure and more spiritual questioning. However, Latinos were better able to maintain a positive future outlook. Results are considered in the context of traditional Latino cultural values.
