The Use of Neural Networks to Classify Academic Perfomance in Higher Education

The aims of this poster are twofold: (1) to provide empirical evidence of the use of artificial neural networks as a predictive system of academic performance in higher education; and (2) to make contributions to the methodology used in the application of these machine-learning procedures in educational research.
