Systematic Review of Mindfulness Treatments for Youth and Families: 2011 – Present

Recent years have witnessed a proliferation of empirical mindfulness inventions. This review updates the findings of Burke (2009) and Harnett and Dawe (2012). Previous search terms were retained, with additional search terms targeting the family system and perinatal window. Key themes were identified and suggestions are made for further research.
