Changes in Parenting and Associated Stress during Late Adolescence in the Mothers of Individuals with ADHD and Co-Morbid ODD

Abstract
Mothers of adolescents with ADHD report longitudinal decreases in parenting practices and stress prior to their adolescents’ transition to early adulthood (e.g. ages 16-19). Those mothers of adolescents with co-morbid ODD consistently report more stress and fewer parenting practices throughout this period, but they do not experience a different trajectory.
