Abstract

We used adults’ self-reported characteristics to determine if awareness of personal knowledge increased self-efficacy when solving everyday problems. In study 1 (N=55) we found support to the above expectation. In study 2, (N=65) results showed that participants felt more confident after having expressed feelings about solving their problems.
