Abstract

Increasing evidence suggests that emotional responses influence physical health, cardiovascular disease, and maladjustment; and handedness effects have been discovered in relation to emotion. Thus, the current study examined the interaction of trait emotion regulation and handedness on cardiovascular reactivity to evocative stimuli. Research and clinical implications will be discussed.
